Frequently asked questions
Is adding listings paid?
For private accounts, adding listings is completely free (up to 2 active and 4 per year). Business accounts can add listings within their subscription package.
How does the Start Program work for new dealers?
New business accounts can activate a free 3-month trial (Start Program) with a limit of 10 active listings. After the trial ends, a package purchase is required.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices for listings and promotions are shown as gross amounts (incl. 23% VAT). For business accounts we additionally show the net amount. A VAT invoice is issued for every transaction.
How long is the subscription active?
Business packages are billed monthly. After purchase, the subscription is active for 30 days from the payment date. Invoices are generated automatically.
Can I change my package during the subscription?
Yes, a package upgrade is possible at any time. The new package is activated immediately after the payment is booked.
What happens when the package expires?
When the subscription expires, the account switches to basic mode. Existing listings remain active until the end of their display time, but new ones cannot be added.
